You'll lead healthcare and life sciences customer implementation projects from kick-off to completion. You'll manage multiple complex deployments, proactively identify risks, and drive cross-functional collaboration. This role offers the chance to shape CX automation for a global leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead HLS customer implementation projects from kick-off to completion
• Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously across multi-location deployments
• Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Conduct executive business reviews with senior leadership

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing technical projects, preferably client facing
• 5+ years of experience working with healthcare or life sciences organizations
• Proven experience working in a SaaS organization
• PMP certification or equivalent is desirable

• MBA degree
• Salesforce or other CRM experience
• Bilingual abilities
