Description

You will be the primary point of contact for Starlink's enterprise customers, managing complex agreements from contract signature through activation and growth. Build strong stakeholder relationships, track account health, and identify new revenue opportunities while shaping strategy for your region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business, or high school diploma plus 6+ years experience
  • 3+ years of consulting or project management experience
  • 3+ years of experience working with customers to support a technical product/service
  • Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed
  • U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee per ITAR requirements

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary point of contact and own assigned book of business from contract signature through onboarding and long-term growth
  • Build stakeholder relationships, understand needs, set expectations, and identify new revenue opportunities
  • Collect customer feedback and work to improve products and processes
  • Track readiness, risks, schedules, and payments to hit revenue targets
  • Monitor account health including payments, product performance, support issues, and contract compliance
