The role offers collaboration with a newly formed Acquisition team working on modernizing navigation and core web stacks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead architecture of front-end solutions for xero.com
• Implement and maintain shared React component library
• Optimize Core Web Vitals and website performance
• Collaborate with SEO and marketing teams on web initiatives

📋 Requirements

• Deep expertise in React, TypeScript and NextJS
• Experience building accessible, high-performance web applications
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Experience with Adobe Target or similar experimentation platforms
