💼 About This Role

You'll join a small engineering team at Gearset, the leading DevOps platform for Salesforce, to enhance and expand the platform using C#, React, TypeScript, Postgres, AWS and Kubernetes. You'll work closely with customers to design and build features that solve real-world challenges. You'll also help define development best practices and have access to leading LLMs and AI development tools.

• Design and build new features end-to-end with the team.
• Engage directly with users to understand challenges and gather feedback.
• Share expertise and learn from a diverse team to foster collaboration.
• Shape development best practices and advance technical excellence.

📋 Requirements

• Collaborative approach prioritizing iteration and customer value.
• Previous experience as a full-stack engineer including customer interaction.
• Expertise with an OOP language (e.g., Java, C++) and modern JS framework (e.g., Angular, Vue.js).
• Passion for learning and giving/receiving constructive feedback.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
• Proficiency in a distributed, cloud-hosted product with rapid release cycles.
• Experience in an agile development team delivering incremental small slices.
