🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, schedule, and supervise daily maintenance team work.
• Oversee unit turn scheduling and execution to quality standards.
• Proactively identify and resolve service needs throughout the community.
• Conduct on-call emergency service rotation as scheduled.

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3 years experience in apartment maintenance or skilled trade.
• Valid Driver's License.
• EPA certification required.

• CPO certification highly preferred.
• Prior supervisory or lead technician experience strongly preferred.
