You'll lead design projects from kick-off to release for Graphite, a modern code review tool for fast-moving engineering teams. Your work will directly shape how developers write and review code every day. You'll evolve our design system and champion design culture at a rapidly growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design projects from kick-off to release
• Own key workflows in our web app
• Conduct ongoing user conversations to identify improvements
• Iterate quickly with product and engineering on new features

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products
• Ability to translate ambiguous user needs into concrete requirements
• Proven product design experience with iterative approaches
• Strong sense for visual design for UI (layouts, components, etc.)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience designing for SaaS, enterprise, devtools, or productivity tools
• Interest or experience in developer tools and workflows
• Front-end understanding (HTML/CSS, React)
