You'll act as the lead technical liaison for customers switching between Practice Information Management Systems (PiMS), consolidating the end-to-end switch cycle. Your core impact is lowering internal friction and downtime while assisting with integration adjustments and account reconfigurations. This 100% remote contract role is based in Latin America with alignment to North American business hours.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own the entire PiMS switch cycle as single point of contact for technical switches.
  • Submit and monitor Zendesk and JIRA tickets for technical coordination.
  • Proactively communicate PiMS changes and technical requirements to customers.
  • Execute post-switch validation and data integrity checks.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in technical Customer Success, Implementation, or Support.
  • Proficiency in system configurations, API connections, and data migration.
  • Experience with Practice Information Management Systems (PiMS) or complex integrations.
  • Ability to manage technical workflows and submit tickets via JIRA.

  • Experience in veterinary, pet care, or healthcare-adjacent industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
