You'll own end-to-end execution of events—from conference activations to curated dinners—for OpenRouter, the largest AI model exchange powering 300+ models. Scrappy, high-visibility role shaping how developers and enterprise leaders experience the brand.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute conference activations and industry events
• Organize curated dinners and high-signal gatherings
• Own logistics, vendors, budgets, and timelines
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and EPD teams

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience running events in startup, tech, or agency
• Experience with large conferences/activations and smaller curated experiences
• Strong operator with attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable with ambiguity and changing plans

• Experience with AI, developer tools, or technical audiences
• Producing events for founders, startups, or VP/C-level leaders
