💼 About This Role

You'll drive patient referrals by building relationships with healthcare providers. Your core impact is scaling Nourish’s AI-native nutrition platform to hundreds of thousands of patients. This role offers autonomy in a fast-growing startup backed by top-tier VCs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify new provider partner leads via research and prospecting
• Activate leads as referral partners through outreach and conversion
• Nurture existing partnerships with regular in-person visits and emails
• Contribute to developing Provider Partnerships processes and resources

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of direct provider engagement in BD, sales, or partnerships
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare or nutrition-related fields
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
• Startup experience
