🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure operations comply with BSP regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain risk-based compliance frameworks including AML/CTF.
• Conduct compliance audits and assessments for effectiveness.
• Lead compliance training programs for employees.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years of compliance experience in BSP-regulated financial institutions.
• Strong knowledge of BSP circulars, AML/CTF, and data privacy regulations.
• High integrity and ability to act independently.
