Description

You will design and scale a global Creator ecosystem that empowers practitioners to share their expertise and accelerate customer activation. In this high-visibility role, you will define the multi-year Creator strategy, shape digital community experiences, and provide feedback that influences business strategies and product roadmaps.

Requirements

• Experience in program management, community management, or partner enablement
• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with Customer Experience, Marketing, and Product teams
• Experience building digital communities and engagement programs
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and own multi-year Creator Program strategy and roadmap aligned to activation, expansion, and advocacy goals
• Lead end-to-end execution of Creator Program including roadmap deliverables and activation calendar
• Design and run digital community programs for technical and non-technical users across forums and Slack/Discord
• Partner with Customer Advocacy and Marketing to identify top Creators as references, speakers, and mentors
• Define and track Creator Program KPIs such as activation, retention, community engagement, and contributions
