You'll manage the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts at Notion, a flexible platform that connects docs, notes, projects, calendar, and email. Your core impact will be building pipeline, generating revenue, and expanding our most strategic customers in the AMER region.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage full sales cycle for enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet new business targets.
  • Navigate complex organizations to build relationships with executive sponsors.
  • Conduct discovery sessions and present tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contractual terms and pricing.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle sales experience at a fast-growing software company.
  • Extensive experience in enterprise SaaS sales within the AMER region.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling into C-Level and working with stakeholders across lines of business.
  • Experience in complex solution sales and closing large figure deals.

  • Experience as an early sales hire or sales leader at a fast-growing start-up.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of SaaS products.
