💼 About This Role

You'll manage HR operations including HRIS data management in Workday and ensure compliance with the Romanian Labor Code. You'll support the full employee lifecycle and serve as a reliable point of contact for employees.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer human resource policies and procedures
• Respond to tier 1 employee questions on policies and benefits
• Maintain employee records and update HRIS systems
• Support new hire onboarding and benefits enrollment

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required (HR, Psychology, or related field preferred)
• 2-3 years of Human Resources or related experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proven organizational and time management skills

• Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Psychology
• Experience with HRIS systems like Workday
