You'll provide on-site IT support and troubleshooting for clients, handling issues escalated from Tier 1. You'll build client relationships and contribute to the success of a leading managed services provider. This role offers a chance to work with diverse clients in a dynamic environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare for and execute on-site appointments professionally.
• Manage tickets according to best practices and SLA requirements.
• Maintain excellent communication with clients and team.
• Handle in-office equipment inventory for internal and external use.

📋 Requirements

• Basic Microsoft 365 admin experience.
• Basic networking experience with exposure to SonicWall or Meraki.
• Work 5x a week in NYC office and commute to client appointments.
• Exceptional client care skills with confidence and good communication.

✨ Nice to Have

• Strong 365 admin experience (2-4 years).
• Strong networking experience with Meraki hardware.
• Prior experience with an MSP.
