π― What You'll Do
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage strategic referral and reseller partners.
- Develop and execute partner growth strategies to expand pipeline opportunities.
- Conduct contract negotiations and manage partnership agreements.
- Monitor sales pipeline activity and partner performance using Salesforce.
π Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fintech or payments partnership development.
- At least 2 years of direct experience within the payments industry.
- Strong consultative sales and business development capabilities.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience with reseller and referral partnership structures.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
