  • Recruit, hire, train, and coach new team members

  • 4+ years managing B2B SaaS CS or Account Management teams
  • 5+ years overall CS or Account Management experience
  • Experience negotiating customer contracts
  • Proficiency with Gainsight, Salesforce, and Tableau
