You'll lead a scale customer success team for the EMEA region at Contentful, a leading digital experience platform. Your core impact will be driving renewals, expansions, and value realization at scale through automation and high-touch engagement. This role combines team leadership with hands-on customer success and commercial ownership.
π― What You'll Do
- Recruit, hire, train, and coach new team members
- Create scalable processes and best practices for customer success
- Conduct weekly forecasts and oversee quota achievement
- Collaborate with Sales and CS Directors on territory strategies
π Requirements
- 4+ years managing B2B SaaS CS or Account Management teams
- 5+ years overall CS or Account Management experience
- Experience negotiating customer contracts
- Proficiency with Gainsight, Salesforce, and Tableau

- Hands-on experience building and running Scaled CS teams
- Familiarity with a land-and-expand sales model
