You'll design and implement data protection solutions using Microsoft Purview and Microsoft 365 to secure sensitive information. You'll develop and tune DLP policies across endpoints and cloud environments, ensuring compliance with frameworks like NIST 800-171 and CMMC. This role offers the chance to lead enterprise data protection initiatives in a remote setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement and maintain Microsoft Purview DLP and compliance policies.
• Develop and tune DLP rules for endpoints.
• Manage sensitivity labels and encryption across M365.
• Investigate and respond to DLP incidents with Defender XDR.
• Maintain DLP dashboards and reporting.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in information security.
• 2+ years focused on data protection and DLP engineering.
• Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Purview Information Protection/DLP.
• Actionable knowledge of NIST 800-171, CMMC, ISO 27001, HIPAA.
• Experience with KQL queries and Microsoft Sentinel.

• Familiarity with ZScaler and Qualys.
• Microsoft SC-400 or SC-100 certification.
