You'll build and run the outbound sales machine at a health tech company, from lead generation to booked discovery. You'll sit at the intersection of data, tooling, process, and sales execution to ensure the lead database and outbound systems are clean, efficient, and measurable. This role offers a unique mix of technical lead generation and sales operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute the lead generation strategy and roadmap
• Manage the leadgen database in Snowflake and tech stack
• Build outbound prospection processes and coordinate campaigns
• Track funnel conversion rates and build feedback loops with sales

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in lead generation or sales operations in B2B tech
• SQL proficiency for querying and database management
• Salesforce administration skills (fields, objects, API)
• Experience with Outreach or Lemlist for outbound sequences

• Experience with AI tools and LLMs for sales use-cases
• Automation workflows with Zapier or similar low-code platforms
