• Own full recruiting lifecycle for commercial and enterprise sales roles
• Partner with Sales Directors and VP of Sales to understand hiring needs
• Build pipeline via proactive sourcing, industry networking, and referrals
• Develop recruiting strategies tailored to the energy industry

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience
• GTM hiring focus in energy industry preferred
• Strategic partnership with senior sales leaders
• Excellent sourcing for niche commercial roles
