💼 About This Role

You'll transform clinical documentation into accurate medical codes using ICD-10, CPT, and E/M systems. This role directly supports revenue cycle operations and ensures billing accuracy. You'll collaborate with healthcare teams to maintain 95%+ coding accuracy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assign ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT, and E/M codes
• Ensure coding accuracy at or above 95% quality standards
• Validate MS-DRG and APC assignments for encounters
• Abstract clinical data for reporting and compliance

📋 Requirements

• Active AHIMA or AAPC coding certification
• Minimum 1 year of recent relevant coding experience
• Strong understanding of ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT, E/M coding guidelines
• Passing score of at least 80% on pre-employment coding assessments
