You'll oversee end-to-end order fulfillment across multiple e-commerce brands, ensuring seamless dispatch and delivery. Your core impact is proactively resolving shipment delays before they affect customers. You’ll act as the key liaison between 3PL partners, supply chain, and customer service in a high-volume remote environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor real-time order flow across fulfillment systems
• Proactively detect and resolve stalled or delayed shipments
• Serve as liaison between 3PL providers, supply chain, and customer service
• Track 3PL and carrier performance against SLAs

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in e-commerce operations or fulfillment coordination
• Hands-on experience with 3PL providers or order management systems
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or marketplace fulfillment systems
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for tracking
