Description

You will provide onsite technical services for Mission Critical Cooling Systems, including installation, startup, commissioning support, and remedial/preventative maintenance. Your goal is to ensure customer equipment reliability and satisfaction in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Associate degree in IT hardware discipline or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of field service or similar technical support experience
• Experience with electro-mechanical equipment, servos, sensors, and actuators
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities

Responsibilities

• Deliver installation, startup, and commissioning support for mission critical cooling systems
• Provide onsite fault isolation and repair of electro-mechanical systems
• Respond to scheduled and unscheduled service dispatches per SLAs
• Maintain accurate service records in CRM and contribute to knowledge articles
• Support sales personnel and assist in developing service procedures and training
