💼 About This Role

You'll lead a mixed-age infant classroom (ages 0–3) in a Montessori environment, nurturing independence and curiosity. You'll prepare the classroom, observe each child, and provide individualized care to support each child's natural development. This role offers sponsored Montessori certification and a collaborative community.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Observe each child to support their development
• Respect and follow children's natural rhythms for sleeping, eating, and toileting
• Prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly classroom environment
• Build warm, meaningful relationships with children and families

📋 Requirements

• Interest in pursuing Montessori certification or prior diploma
• Experience working with children ages 0–3 in group care
• Alignment with child-led educational philosophies (Montessori, Reggio Emilia)
• Bachelor's degree (any field)
