💼 About This Role

You'll ensure network reliability and regulatory compliance by inspecting outside plant (OSP) infrastructure. You'll validate contractor work against NESC standards and document findings to reduce rework and mitigate risk.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspect aerial, underground, and buried plant facilities.
• Conduct wooden pole ground-line inspections.
• Document inspection findings electronically and manually.
• Communicate with teams and contractors via email and phone.

📋 Requirements

• NESC inspections experience OR aerial cable line crew experience.
• Wooden pole ground-line inspection experience.
• Knowledge of OSP Construction Standards.
• Valid driver's license with short-notice travel ability.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with mapping and GPS technologies.
• Microsoft MapPoint familiarity.
• Construction contractor management experience.
