💼 About This Role

You'll join Akur8, a fast-growing InsurTech scale-up, to help insurance clients apply our AI-driven pricing and reserving platform to real-world challenges. You'll blend actuarial thinking and data curiosity to solve user problems and feed insights back to Product and Engineering. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to impact non-life insurance pricing at a globally recognized company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist clients with actuarial queries on Pricing & Reserving solutions.
• Collaborate with Actuarial & Engineering teams for query resolution.
• Build client relationships and share feedback with Product teams.
• Monitor client platform usage to identify risks and growth opportunities.

📋 Requirements

• Enrolled in a Master's degree program in actuarial science or related field.
• Solid understanding of actuarial models and predictive modeling (e.g., GLM, GBMs).
• Proficient in English; Spanish is a strong plus.
• Eligible to work in France (EU/Schengen nationality or valid carte de séjour).

• Previous experience in insurance pricing roles.
• Knowledge of GBMs or other machine learning techniques.
• Additional languages beyond English and Spanish.
