Description

As a Staff Accountant at Charlie Health, you will manage day-to-day accounting tasks including journal entries, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting. You'll collaborate with Finance, HR, and Payroll to ensure accurate financial statements and help scale our mission-driven behavioral health organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 1-2+ years of relevant work experience
• CPA eligibility and intention to work towards licensure preferred
• Firm understanding of financial statements and GAAP
• NetSuite experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare and record month-end journal entries
• Prepare account reconciliations for balance sheet accounts
• Manage vendors and accounts payable with AP Specialist
• Collaborate with external auditors and other departments
• Assist with financial reports, KPIs, and chart of accounts
