You'll lead the development of merchant and partnership strategies to drive monetization and growth across European markets, working fully remotely. Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to manage complex partnerships end-to-end from sourcing to execution. This role offers strong visibility and the chance to shape scalable partnership models in a dynamic digital ecosystem.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop and execute partnership and merchant growth strategies.
- Source, structure, negotiate, and close strategic agreements.
- Build scalable monetization frameworks including revenue-sharing models.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Identify new market opportunities through competitive research.
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years in Strategy, Partnerships, or Corporate Development in high-growth environments.
- Proven ability to manage partnerships end-to-end including negotiation and execution.
- Strong understanding of partnership economics and revenue-share models.
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple business units.

- Experience in SaaS, fintech, HR tech, marketplace, or merchant ecosystem.
- Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, or Italian.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical skills.
