Description

You will configure Workfront systems strategically to align with client goals, contribute to solution design with senior architects, and troubleshoot complex workflows. This role serves as a technical specialist and a springboard toward an Architect career path.

Requirements

• 5+ years Martech or Marketing Operations experience
• 3+ years hands-on Workfront or similar enterprise SaaS configuration
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strategic problem-solving ability to assess ecosystem impact
• Integration experience with Workfront Fusion, Workato, or API structures

Responsibilities

• Configure Workfront systems to align with client's long-term operational goals
• Serve as primary technical specialist for Workfront deep-tier settings and custom forms
• Partner with Lead Architect to vet technical blueprints and ensure viability
• Support integrations and design workflows for business reporting and cross-functional visibility
• Lead technical problem-solving and identify quick wins to streamline workflows
