Description

You will drive demand generation and field marketing efforts across the APAC region on an 8-month maternity cover contract. Responsibilities include planning and executing events, managing integrated email campaigns, handling vendor invoices, and tracking performance to optimize ROI, all while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in demand generation, event marketing, or related marketing role, preferably in IT or software industry.
  • Proven track record of managing events, campaigns, and webinars end-to-end.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools: Salesforce, Zoom, Jasper, Hubspot.
  • Self-starter with proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute ABBYY Ascend, 3rd party events, industry tradeshows, and webinars.
  • Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, speaker coordination, platform setup, post-event follow-up, and on-site/off-site support.
  • Support end-to-end execution of integrated email campaigns, including creating internal campaign briefs, content creation, and performance tracking.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and process invoices, ensuring accurate tracking of marketing expenses.
  • Monitor and report on campaign and event performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including revenue, marketing operations, product marketing, and external agencies.
