You'll oversee accurate payment processing for employee leaves of absence, partnering with Payroll, Benefits, and People Operations. Your core impact is ensuring compliance with federal and state leave laws while resolving complex pay calculations. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Calculate and process leave payments (FMLA, PFL, STD, LTD, top-offs).
- Reconcile leave-related payroll records and benefits deductions.
- Analyze payroll reports to identify trends and compliance issues.
- Resolve employee inquiries on leave pay and deductions.
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years of multi-state payroll experience.
- Proficiency in Workday or Rippling payroll software.
- In-depth knowledge of federal and state leave laws (FMLA, CFRA).
- Strong understanding of wage and hour laws and tax compliance.
