Your core impact is ensuring compliance with federal and state leave laws while resolving complex pay calculations.   • Calculate and process leave payments (FMLA, PFL, STD, LTD, top-offs).
  • Reconcile leave-related payroll records and benefits deductions.
  • Analyze payroll reports to identify trends and compliance issues.
  • Resolve employee inquiries on leave pay and deductions.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4+ years of multi-state payroll experience.
  • Proficiency in Workday or Rippling payroll software.
  • In-depth knowledge of federal and state leave laws (FMLA, CFRA).
  • Strong understanding of wage and hour laws and tax compliance.
