You'll serve as the primary point of contact for our largest nonprofit customers, driving product adoption and satisfaction. You'll own renewals and upsell cycles, collaborating with internal teams to maximize growth. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Serve as dedicated point of contact for enterprise customers throughout their lifecycle.
- Anticipate and proactively resolve customer issues before escalation.
- Identify upsell opportunities and manage renewals and contract negotiations.
- Advocate for customers internally, collaborating with product, sales, and support teams.
๐ Requirements
- Customer-centric focus with deep understanding of customer needs.
- Previous nonprofit experience in fundraising or operations.
- Strong relationship building skills with ability to form meaningful connections.
- Ability to manage renewals and upsell cycles strategically.
