You'll own full-cycle recruitment for senior roles across Go-to-Market and G&A teams at Cohere, a frontier AI company. You'll partner with hiring managers to craft effective recruiting strategies and deliver top talent in a high-growth environment. This role offers the chance to shape the talent team at a leading AI research company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for senior non-engineering roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers on recruiting strategies.
  • Manage recruiting funnels in Ashby with diligence.
  • Proactively source and recruit top talent.

📋 Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at high growth tech companies.
  • Experience managing senior level desks at a hyper growth startup.
  • Proven ability to source senior level talent.
  • Strong experience as a consultative partner to leadership teams.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting for Enterprise Sales, Finance, Marketing, Design, Legal, or Government Affairs.
  • Familiarity with Ashby ATS.
  • Courage and resilience in ambiguous environments.
