You'll lead the payments acceptance product organization at Toast, a fast-growing restaurant technology company. You'll define the strategy and roadmap for the platform that processes over $200B annually. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of payments at industry-leading scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set platform strategy and long-term vision for payment acceptance capabilities
• Drive platform modernization and cost optimization roadmap
• Lead execution of multi-region, cross-functional product initiatives
• Shape Toast's point of view on agentic payments

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of Product Management experience with payment acquiring depth in a merchant, PSP, or fintech
• Extensive experience across card-present and card-not-present acceptance including EMV, tokenization, network rules
• Proven ability to define and execute platform strategy at high transaction volumes
• Demonstrated success building and scaling high-performing product teams across geographies

• Experience at a high-growth payments or commerce platform building from ground up
• Exposure to agentic commerce and autonomous payments
• MS, MTech, or MBA
