You will support the efficient management of campus operations to ensure a safe, well-maintained environment. You'll oversee facilities, grounds, and operational projects, working with teams to support the school's mission and daily campus life.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years in facilities management or supervisory roles, preferably in education
  • Mechanical knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid New Jersey driver's license with satisfactory driving record
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily campus operations and create staff schedules
  • Oversee maintenance of buildings, grounds, fields, and outdoor spaces
  • Coordinate operational support for school events and community activities
  • Assist with vendor and contractor coordination for repairs and improvements
  • Implement safety procedures and serve on Emergency Response Team
