Description

You will provide senior management with assessments of financial performance, including historical and forward-looking analysis. You'll own reporting packages, conduct deep dives on metrics, manage headcount and OPEX, and support recurring FP&A processes. This role is critical for strategic finance support and requires balancing competing priorities in a fluid environment.

• Drive projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision
• Experience in financial analysis and FP&A

Responsibilities

• Own reporting packages with variance analysis and executive dashboards
• Track and synthesize key Platform metrics; conduct deep dives on anomalies and trends
• Manage headcount and non-HC OPEX for the Platform business; monitor actuals, maintain forecasts
• Support recurring FP&A processes: forecast submissions, decks, earnings analysis
• Partner cross-functionally with Business Unit FP&A and corporate Finance teams
