💼 About This Role

You'll drive EMEA pipeline growth through regional field marketing programs. You'll own how Postman shows up in-market across Europe, integrating events, ABM, digital, and partner marketing to accelerate deal velocity. This role sits within Revenue Marketing with direct sales partnership.

• Translate global campaign strategy into EMEA-focused marketing plans.
• Execute multi-channel programs combining events, digital, and ABM.
• Partner with sales to align marketing to territory plans and target accounts.
• Own strategy and execution of field events and roadshows.

📋 Requirements

• 6–10+ years in field marketing or regional marketing in B2B SaaS.
• Experience driving pipeline in EMEA markets (UK, France, Germany).
• Proven ability to execute integrated multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong track record of sales partnership and account-based marketing.
