💼 About This Role

You'll serve as an in-house Civil 3D designer supporting our Civil Engineer and other disciplines, producing technical drawings and plan sets for market expansion and corporate projects. Your work will directly shape the future of construction through hands-on design experience. This role offers the flexibility of fully remote work from anywhere.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Produce technical drawings and plan sets using Civil 3D
• Assist other disciplines with drafting as needed
• Follow drafting and plan preparation standards
• Coordinate multiple projects with cross-disciplinary teams

📋 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience using Civil 3D in civil infrastructure
• Associate's degree in Drafting Design Technology or Civil Engineering Technology
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Revit to support MEP, Structural, and Architectural
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Design Technology
• Willingness to mentor other team members
