You'll lead product strategy for StashWorks, a B2B financial wellness platform. You'll drive the roadmap, partner with the GM on sales cycles, and use AI tools to accelerate execution. This role sits at the intersection of fintech, product, and go-to-market in a hybrid NYC environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product strategy and roadmap for StashWorks
• Partner with GM on sales cycles and customer demos
• Translate feedback into AI-ready specs and logic flows
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, compliance

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• B2B product experience in employer benefits
• Fintech experience with financial products or regulated environments
• Hands-on AI tool usage (Claude, GPT, Figma AI) in daily workflow

• Experience with payroll or HCM integrations
• Has driven product improvements from early customer traction
