Description

You'll oversee property operations, including maintenance and office functions, communicate with residents and vendors, lead the team, and manage cost control, revenue programs, budgets, and marketing plans. Your goal is to ensure efficient operations and create an unforgettable customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Property Manager or related experience
• Strong leasing, sales, and/or customer service experience
• REIT experience preferred
• NALP preferred
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws preferred
