You'll manage daily studio operations and lead the core crew team to deliver an exceptional client experience. You'll drive sales through proactive client engagement and follow-up, while also coaching 5 classes per week. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Owning client experience acronym CORE in studio
• Managing local client communications via phone and email
• Driving sales through proactive client engagement and follow-up
• Coaching 5 solidcore classes per week

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years sales and/or customer service experience
• 1+ years coaching experience
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends

• Some college education
• MBO experience
• Demonstrated leadership or team management
