You'll provide excellent customer service at events by scanning tickets and assisting guests with directions and seating. This role ensures a positive guest experience at a live entertainment venue.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist guests with directions and information
• Scan tickets and control access points
• Accommodate guests with disabilities per ADA
• Report policy violations to supervisor

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0-1 years of related work experience
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to stand for prolonged periods and climb stairs

• Experience in customer service
• Prior usher or ticket taker experience
