🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and lead Avathon's global Forward Engineering organization
• Own deployment and productionization of AI applications across industrial operations
• Lead cross-functional execution between Product, Engineering, and GTM teams
• Partner with executive stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps and AI strategies

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or technical delivery leadership
• 5+ years leading large-scale customer-facing engineering organizations
• Deep experience deploying AI/ML applications into production enterprise environments
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional organizations spanning engineering, product, and GTM

• Background in Applied AI, Machine Learning, or Data Platforms
