You'll act as the primary liaison between our company and customers, managing service call orders from initiation to completion. You'll build strong customer relationships and identify process improvements based on data and logic. This onsite role offers opportunities for advancement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and coordinate service call orders from initiation to completion
• Act as key liaison between customers, vendors, suppliers, and Head Office
• Review vendor EH&S requirements to ensure compliance for onsite work
• Manage internal database (STAMP), ensuring data input accuracy and integrity

📋 Requirements

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
• Must be fluent in French (spoken and written)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate clearly with a wide range of intermediaries
