💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of heavy equipment maintenance technicians at our Advanced Solutions rental facility, using our proprietary T3 platform to create, assign, and monitor work orders. You'll drive operational excellence by coordinating service schedules, diagnosing issues, and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create, assign, and monitor work orders using company tech
• Coordinate and supervise equipment mechanics and service personnel
• Schedule repairs for customer and company owned rental equipment
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of maintenance and service experience
• Industry knowledge in rental or construction field
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
