Description

You will prepare payroll journal entries, reconcile balance sheets, process biweekly Canadian payroll, and support year-end compliance. This role is critical for ensuring accurate and timely payroll during a key period for the company.

Requirements

• 3+ years of payroll accounting experience with payroll ops and GL
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and/or Blackline
• Solid understanding of US federal and state payroll compliance
• Clear communicator able to respond to cross-functional requests
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare payroll-related journal entries in NetSuite
• Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations in Blackline within 30 days
• Reconcile and record payroll-related cash transactions
• Process biweekly Canadian payroll for two legal entities with full compliance
• Reconcile monthly benefits billing statements to internal payroll records
