🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a squad of 5 backend engineers.
• Architect robust and scalable backend systems.
• Design and implement complex features like workflow engines.
• Drive technical decisions across the engineering team.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills in Java Spring Boot or similar.
• 1+ years of engineering management experience.
• Proficiency in English.

• Experience with procurement or Source-to-Pay processes.
• Familiarity with AI tooling like Claude or Copilot.
• Experience in micro-services and queue management.
