Description

As a Stone Polisher at Construction Resources, you will be responsible for polishing and finishing surfaces such as concrete, marble, and granite. You'll operate specialized equipment, ensure high-quality finishes, and collaborate with project teams to meet project requirements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proven experience as a Polisher or similar role in construction
• Knowledge of construction materials and polishing requirements
• Proficiency in operating polishing equipment and hand tools
• 5-7 years of experience preferred; specialized experience in granite or marble polishing

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and repairing imperfections
• Set up and operate polishing equipment such as power trowels, grinders, and polishers
• Apply polishing compounds and abrasives to achieve desired finish
• Inspect surfaces for quality standards and address imperfections
• Collaborate with project managers and construction teams
