🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors and case managers.
• Oversee operational performance to meet SLAs, KPIs, and compliance.
• Manage workforce planning and workload distribution.
• Serve as primary liaison for case management operations across patient journey.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced healthcare degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or patient support.
• 2+ years of leadership or people management experience.
• 3+ years working directly with patients, caregivers, or providers.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in specialty pharmaceutical or neuromuscular patient support programs.
• Advanced degree such as PharmD, RPh, or PA.
• Proven experience managing remote or multi-site teams.
