Description

You will oversee production site operations, including printing, assembly, picking, packing, and warehousing, to ensure operational efficiency. You will monitor outsourced service providers, implement SOPs, perform staff training, and act as the first point of contact for logistics issues while driving improvement projects.

Requirements

• Tertiary Education/Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering or related
• 5+ years of experience in production/operations management
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Fast-paced learner

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise site operations to achieve business objectives
• Monitor production, assembly, picking, packing, and warehousing processes
• Solve practical and order problems in production
