Description

In this role, you will install, maintain, and upgrade semiconductor process equipment in customer cleanrooms, ensuring tool uptime and customer satisfaction. You will analyze log data, prepare reports, and manage evaluation projects, all while promoting a safety-first culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a field service engineer in a related industry
• Communication skills for customer interaction
• Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
• English proficiency (TOEIC 600 or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety procedures and prioritize safety and quality
• Install, upgrade, and maintain semiconductor process equipment
• Facilitate customer support via phone, email, and face-to-face communication
• Analyze equipment log data and create reports using MS Office tools
• Manage new evaluation projects and ensure project success
